NITCAA Qatar is the Alumni Association of the old students of National Institute of Technology, Calicut ,
Kerala (formerly called as Regional Engineering College, Calicut) working /staying at Qatar.
NITCAA Qatar was the first of its kind, to have an alumni association in Qatar for engineering colleges in India.
The Association was formed in the year 1983, with Alichen Thomas as the Founder President and Abdul Nazer as the Founder Secretary.
During the period of years, NITCAA Qatar has grown up remarkably, and is now an inevitable group among professionals in Qatar.
We bring together Alumnus of NIT Calicut /REC Calicut, who shares the same nostalgic memories of
their college days and are longing to unite with their old batch mates and friends.
We organize fun filled Get-togethers for the members and their families. Technical seminars and
trainings are also conducted, which is beneficial to the members in their profession.
